These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Exacto’s subscription-based services (“Services”). Exacto is designed for region-aware construction estimating across markets, with localized data coverage that may vary by country and region. By starting a free trial or paid subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Exacto offers subscription plans billed monthly. Plan features, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, billing is currently processed in GHS.
Market-specific features, rate data availability, and rollout timing may vary. We do not guarantee identical coverage in every jurisdiction at all times.
Checkout disclosures, including tax and payment details, and form part of this agreement.
New subscribers may be eligible for a one-time free trial of the Professional plan. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. A small processing charge of GHS 2.00 is applied to verify your card. This verification fee is non-refundable.
After your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at GHS 150 per month unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during the free trial, no subscription charges will be applied. If you cancel after the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until that date.
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system integrity. Sharing credentials or circumventing subscription restrictions may result in account suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exacto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Construction cost estimates are provided as tools to assist professional judgment and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
